Asked... Quirks

You’ll find us in Northeast Jackson—right off I-55 North between the Meadowbrook and Northside Drive exits. We’re the one with the great coffee, great books, and great hair. Just follow your nose.

Books. Baked goods. Blowouts. Our tenants include some of Jackson’s most beloved businesses:

  • Lemuria Books (for readers)
  • Broad Street Bakery & Café (for eaters)
  • Barnette’s Salon (for beauty lovers)
  • Fresh Ink (for custom paper goods)
  • Tuxes Too (for sharp-dressed men)
  • Levure Fine Wines (for vino aficionados)
  • Lynn Myers Interiors (for old souls with taste)
  • PricePoint (for real estate with style)

People do it all the time. Breakfast meeting at Broad Street. Midday book browse. Hair appointment. A quick sip-and-shop at Levure. It’s a full-day field trip—without leaving the parking lot.

Yes. Free, easy, and right out front. Like it should be.

Banner Hall is locally owned and stewarded by three longtime tenants:
  • John Evans of Lemuria Books
  • Jeff Good of Broad Street
  • Doug Douglass of Tuxes Too
They’ve been here since the ‘90s—keeping the lights on and the heart of the building beating.

Come as you are. All are welcome. PJs are questionable—but if you’re holding a coffee and carrying a tote bag, we’ll probably let it slide.

Absolutely. We’ve got upstairs nooks by Lemuria, atrium tables for laptop warriors, and coffee that makes deadlines slightly less painful. Just don’t forget to look up once in a while.

Weekday mornings are a dream—coffee in hand, quiet energy, maybe a croissant. Saturdays are bustling in the best way. Evenings? Still buzzing. The building stays lively ‘til around 8, so swing by after work, grab a bottle, browse a book, or just linger a little longer.

That’s between you and the early morning bread proofer.
